Turning 20 in 2012- Post-Party Wrap

Group KEEN webSOS Nicole Cordan, Keen CEO James Curleigh, & Rep Jules BaileyOn Thursday, April 19, we celebrated our 20th anniversary at the KEEN Footwear headquarters in Portland, OR, and we had so much fun.

Guests were able to purchase Klean Kanteen cups featuring our 20th anniversary logo. They were also able to enter to win some fabulous raffle prizes, enjoy some humorous games and activities (featuring cornhole with our plush salmon), and sign their names in support of action for wild salmon.

A short program featured some great words from Rebecca Miles of the Nez Perce Tribe, KEEN CEO James Curleigh, State Representative Jules Bailey, author Steven Hawley, and Chief of Fisheries for the State of Oregon, Ed Bowles.

All in all, over 200 salmon supporters attended and a few thousand dollars were raised. The funds will be applied towards our anniversary fundraising goal of $50,000.

Lisa Mothers KEEN web Jessica and Lisa from Mother's BistroHuge thanks to Lisa Schroeder and Jessica at Mother's Bistro for the delicious Wild Salmon Hash and Smoked Salmon Mac and Cheese.
